Sewer Back Up

Due to strong storms in the Arlington Heights area, this customer called us due to water back up from her sump pump room.  The water had come into the home so fast that the sump pump could not keep up.  This homeowner had water throughout the entire basement area.  SERVPRO of Arlington Heights/Prospect Heights technicians arrived onsite and got to work cleaning up the water and debris from the sump pump.  The concrete floors were an easy clean, but there was also carpeting and drywall that needed to be removed from other areas of the basement.  This homeowner was glad she called SERVPRO for her water damage needs.
