Flooded Basement in Arlington Heights,IL

The basement of an Arlington Heights home flooded as a result of the sump pump failing. As you can see in the before picture, there was sewage left behind once the sump pump was replaced and the water rescinded. We then needed to use our portable hot water cleaning machine to clean the floor by applying hot water and some of our proprietary cleaning products. Once the floor was cleaned, our technicians were then able to sanitize the floor by applying the sanitizing product usually done via a sprayer. It is very important that we clean not only the floor but any contents that might have been on the floor when the backup occurred.
