Sewage backup in Prospect Heights, IL

The basement of this Prospect Heights home experienced a sewage backup that made the contaminated water & sewage come up through the basement drains and affect the entire basement floor.  As you can see, the before picture shows evidence of toilet paper on the floor, a common item that we see whenever cleaning up these types of situations.
